Founding Story
Stampin' Up! was the idea of two sisters, LaVonne Crosby and Shelli Gardner. Crosby discovered rubber stamps and wanted to start her own home-based business. The two searched to find a company that sold stamps, and when they couldn't find one, Gardner and her husband invested the money they had been saving to buy a house to start their own business. They began filling orders directly from Gardner's living room. They (www.mlmlegal.com) outgrew several facilities and eventually took root in Kanab, UT, which they still consider their hometown.

They began manufacturing their own stamps and in 1997, and the company was able to offer a catalog with their own exclusive artwork. In 2002, they opened an office in Calgary. In 2004, they opened their current 55-acre campus in Riverton, Utah.

Stampin' is based out of Riverton, UT and was established in 1988. Stampin' Up! has two large operating facilities; a 40,000-square foot manufacturing plant in Kanab, UT and another 300,000-square-foot home-office and distribution facility in Riverton, UT.
