The Boreyko family founded New Vision in 1995 with the mission to wage a war against debt and disease. New Vision is based in Arizona. BK Boreyko is the CEO of New Vision and another Company, Vemma.
His success in the industry came from growing up with parents (Ben and Dottie Boreyko) who were involved in (www.mlmlegal.com) network marketing. At age nine, he began helping his parents run their Amway business. At the age of eighteen, he developed his Amway Company to the PS Direct level. After 17 years with Amway, his parents sold the Executive Diamond Amway business and started distributing for Matol Botanical. At around this same time, BK left network marketing and entered into corporate America working as an advertiser executive for a Fortune 500 publishing company. During this time, he developed his skills in advertising, marketing, and promotional campaigns. Five years later he returned to network marketing.After his parents passed away, he opened New Vision, which he introduced to his existing customers from Matol. He launched New Vision on March 20, 1995.
In November 2004, BK launched Vemma.Today, BK Boreyko and his two sisters Karen and Lauren own New Vision. The company is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona and is in a 25,000 square-foot building that includes a distribution center.
Impact on the Industry
New Vision supports many charitable organizations, including Habitat for Humanity, the Dream Center, Church on the Streets, United Way, the Rainforest Foundation, and the Dottie Boreyko Foundation. Total donations to these charities exceed $2.5 million dollars.

There are two ways to join with the Company. Option one: Those who sign up with the Company as Team Members enjoy products and approximately 25 percent off the suggested retail price. They also earn by promoting more people and earning referral income. They are also able to earn First Order Payout Bonus and Director Residual Bonus on the people that they recruit. Depending on their sales volume, they may also qualify to participate in the Global Bonus Pools.
Option Two: Those who sign up as Consumer Direct Participants can order products directly from New Vision and they can save 15 percent off the suggested retail price of products. Consumer Direct Participants orders will count just like a downline Member’s order. It will pay out the same bonuses as a Member’s order, and may pay out Consumer Retail Profit. Consumers do not earn bonuses; however, they can place a new Team Member or Consumer downline to an existing Consumer.
Representatives can also advance while earning commissions.
