It is free to become an Independent Referral Associate with Big Ear, Inc..

As an IRA, one has the opportunity to accomplish the following:  

1. Sign up others who want to get into the Big Ear business
2. Refer customers to an impressionist (Certified Technician) who can make the customer’s impression and sell the product.
3. Purchase products through your back office
4. Send people to your own replicating Big Ear web site where they can order products, sign up for the business opportunity or just get additional information about your new business
5. Have access to back office tools and resources for your business
6. Have access to Big Ear University to help you learn and understand
7. Participate in the various conference calls we provide for training
8. Receive Big Ear news, stories about satisfied customers, and product updates

After achieving this status with the Company, accumulated 50 paid invoices (which may include the representative’s own purchases) and have gotten their professional tools and supplies kit, then they can become a Certified Technician. A representative can also skip being an IRA and go straight to being a Certified Technician by:

1. If you choose not to accumulate the fifty (50) sales which would qualify you to receive the $699 Professional Skills and Tools Training Kit for free, then go to the web site of the person who introduced you to Big Ear, or click the button in the left column to sign up as an Independent Referral (www.mlmlegal.com) Associate (IRA) for free.
2. Go to your new replicating website (you will receive instructions on how to access this automatically as part of the IRA sign up process) to sign up as a Certified Technician (CT).
3. As part of the sign up process, you will choose a place and date to receive your hands-on training. Make this selection carefully because, once made, your Professional Skills and Tools Training Kit will be shipped to your trainer at that location and will be waiting for you.
4. The cost to become a direct CT (assuming you have not accumulated the fifty (50) sales that would have qualified you to receive the Professional Skills and Tools Training Kit for free) is $1,109 for the following:
• $799 for the Professional Skills and Tools Training Kit
• $250 for eLearning materials, test, and hands on training
• $150 for professional liability insurance
• $10 for standard shipping (you can choose other shipping options for additional cost when you sign up)
5. After you sign up as a CT, you will receive access to web based training designed to help you understand the dynamics of the ear, and you also will receive a test which you will have to complete and take with you when you receive the hands-on portion of the training.
6. During the hands-on training, in order to become “active”, you will choose and purchase two (2) products to use as samples and for your own personal use. The cost of these two products depends on your choices (see costs of products in the back office of your replicating web page). This purchase will also trigger your first commission check!
